My husband and I had some extraordinary circumstances when applying for our mortgage and Bryan went out of his way to do everything he could to help us get the best possible deal that we could. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me so that I would understand. He was always available to answer any questions that I had, even at 10:00 pm on a Friday night when I was freaking out the week before our final settlement date. Tina was so helpful when we were shopping for a mortgage. We received a pre-qualification almost immediately and we were out and looking the next weekend. Bryan was awesome to have aiding us along the way. He was upfront and very knowledgeable about the entire process. The best thing was that he made himself available at almost any time to answer questions. Super professional and saved us a significant amount out of pocket while keeping the monthly payments reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at mortgage lenders.

Kate took a difficult mortgage and made the process as smooth as possible. The team she lead was responsive and I was kept informed each step of the way. As each step needed attention there was an email explaining what was needed followed by a phone call to insure everything was understood.
