Robert E Dawson was highly recommended by a friend and exceeded my expectations. He patiently walked me through the entire application process and put up with many calls and texts. Rob was great, he was on the ball and guided me through every step, especially with this being my first home purchase. He made me feel important, that my home mattered to him. Being new to this process was new to me and somewhat overwhelming at times but Rob made sure that he stayed on top of me for documents needed and worked in a very timely fashion.

David is second to none. I am a Realtor myself and could have chosen a number of great lenders. But I chose him to get me pre-approved and get me rolling because I knew he was someone that would keep me informed during the entire process and would get the job done. Closed quickly and on time! And everything went very smoothly.

I could go on and on and on about Diane's knowledge, professionalism, excellent loan processing and constant communication. Throughout the entire process, I never felt uninformed. If I had questions, she was there to answer them. She was PRICELESS throughout the entire loan process and lucky me, even after. Excellent service.

Kody went above and beyond making this happen for me. I really appreciate his hard work and encouragement. We hit a minor bump towards the end but Kody worked relentlessly to ensure we closed on time and we did! He is very professional and very responsive. David helped me to obtain my first home mortgage and I will never use anyone else in my future home purchases. He worked harder than I could have ever imagined, it felt like I was getting help from a close uncle. His work ethic and character showed every time I spoke with him, he went above and beyond to make purchasing my first home actually comforting.
