Rob kept in contact with me while I looked for a home that suited me. He had me pre-approved and answered all my questions and concerns quickly. I had plenty too He set me up in an app and that was amazingly each and less stressful than what I thought it would be. All his staff were so nice and easy to work with. Word of mouth is a powerful thing when it comes to making large purchases such as a home. My sister and brother in law found Diane also from word of mouth from one of their friends. It was the BEST decision I could have ever made! Diane was thorough, attentive and always responded to my questions (no matter how silly) respectfully and promptly. She made what was a very hectic and stressful time for me to go smoothly and calmly. Thanks for all you do Diane!!!

After switching lenders to Liberty Home Mortgage with Rob, we were extremely satisfied. The lender only had answers for one type of loan. Rob had answers for all of them. He always answered my lists of questions promptly and we always knew where we were in the process of purchasing our first home, which is incredibly scary. Nothing but thanks and appreciation to Rob and his crew for getting us into our first home without any complications!

I worked with Dianne to close on my home 2 weeks before Christmas 2016. She made the process convenient for me by coming to my place of employment for signatures and everything else was done electronically. I needed that flexibility because I had just started at this job and didn't have time to take off.

I found out I was going to be a father and knew I couldn't keep renting. I NEVER thought I'd be a homeowner, but after emailing several people about home loans and just watching my credit score dip lower and lower, I got put in touch with David, who told me that if it can be done, he can do it.
