Working with Joe was absolutely wonderful!! I truly cannot say enough good things about him and incredibly grateful for him! This was my 1st time buying a home and he made sure he was with me every step of the way day and night. Chris was extremely helpful in buying my first home! With how busy life/work can get he would nudge me and remind me of requirements I needed to get finished. When it came time to truly start the process he informed me on different ways to proceed. Without his knowledge I would have never known about "a gift of equity" when buying a home from a relative. He was very attentive and patient. I was confused on a bit of the process and he immediately texted me to see if I had time to talk so he could clear up the confusion.

Chris helped us with the purchase of are first home. He was the only lender that did the deep research in the beginning. That way are loan was solid and had no surprises at closing. As a first time home buyer in this crazy market Steve made it so smooth and as easy as possible for me. He was very informative and always there at any time to answer questions when they came up.
