I was in the process of refinancing my house, and after talking to multiple different lenders I found that Cody was by far the most honest, thorough, and considerate person that I talked to. This is my second or third time working with Kate and as always, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Every loan we've worked on together has been pretty difficult and I'd never trust anyone else with the amount of organization and detail it takes to get these pushed through; especially in the timely fashion she provides. She is patient with her clients and assertive with third parties to get it done! Would never recommend anyone else.
