Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced ! Steven went ABOVE AND BEYOND countless times working on my loan. He was ALWAYS available and extremely responsive to every question and concern that I had. He completely prepared me for closing and made sure that I always knew what the status of my loan was. I have recommended him already to those that I know and will continue to work with him in future purchases and refinancing.
