Liberty HM was very professional and helped answer all my questions (first time home buyer). Very personable staff were helpful and prompt, even during off-hours! These guys were much more transparent and knowledgable than some of the larger loan companies.
This transaction was not easy to say the least!! However, the communication, professional, and knowledge that Grayson exhibited was key to this transaction closing. I learned something valuable every time I talked to him, he took the time to explain things to me at length. Not to mention the humor and patience that would break up a stressful situation.
