A friend of mine referred me to Rob and I’m so thankful he did. Rob was great to work with. He was super efficient, friendly, and always available. Whenever I would reach out to him he would answer any questions that I had almost immediately. He made the process of buying a home easy for me! I will be referring friends and family to Rob, and I’ll for sure turn to him for any home purchases in the future!

I was working with another company trying to get my loan approved and they were stringing me along for 3+ weeks after the original closing date was supposed to be. Finally one day they told me they couldn't get it done. Someone recommended David and honestly i wish i would have went with him from the very start. As a fist time home buyer who did not know what was going on with anything max was a huge help and made the entire process extremely easy and nice. The best part about it he is always in contact with you and explaining everything to you threwout the process. Max was always just a phone call away no matter the time of day or night and handled everything with professionalism and was able to put it in terms easy to understand. Would absolutely recommend going threw max!

They say buying a house is stressful and yes the anxiety of taking on a mortgage is but, as far as a smooth transition from being preapproved to closing, Steven Kephart was and is awesome. He was always accessible for my wife and I whenever we had questions or concerns. Steven was on top of everything from paperwork to inspections. Whenever sombody asks me in the future if I know a good lender I will definately recommend Steven Kephart.

I will admit that buying a house is about as hectic, stressful, painstaking and annoying as it gets. However, Steven made the process enjoyable.
