prices horrid/scammer atm Without fail every single time I use their house atm, my account is charged twice for the same fee... please explain how the hell you deem it ok to charge $5 for pulling out cash when most of your stuff is ridiculously priced. Beyond Disrespectful Recently moving to this region and having seen this storefront has Veteran Owned all over the outside of their building and the 15% daily Veterans discount made this a staple stop for me once I landed here full time a few months ago. Small inventory of weed but nice sterile store First of all I was expecting more from this store. I had read the weed maps reviews and decided to try the store that sounded good. Disappointed I came for my first time today. I had checked the menu prior for the product I wanted. Said it was in stock. I ask of course they don’t have it.. so just wish the menu was updated instead of wasting time checking out this clinic.

Expired & dry Weed They sold fresh weed Coachella weekend/month & now I keep coming to expired weed that has been packaged last year.... dry and harsh to smoke .... I hoped for better

Not in stock Double checked weed maps before coming to make sure they had the CBd for my dog. The menu said it had 2 different sizes and strengths and that it was last updated 4 hours ago. Upon being helped the budtender said they were completely out of stock and she didnt know when they would get more. Very disappointing.....dont think I'll be back.

no locals discount The parent store in Cathedral City HOTN offers a nice 10 % locals discount where Libra does not. Apparently they think there local customers who will be the only customers they have in the summer are not worthy of a discount for their loyalty. We will see if after summer they have a change of heart. When the store in Palm Desert first opened in November they were giving the local discount. I will be driving to Cathedral City from now on. A former good customer. :(
Poor Quality, Overpriced Bud Picked up an “1/8” for $60 that was actually 2.8. Not only that, but the bud was super dry and hardly held it’s form at all. When grinded, it turned into a powder. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere. Total sham.
