I had delayed refinancing even though my last mortgage Company was screwing up my monthly payments with escrow, and I commend Michael Flowers for his patience as I nearly backed out at the beginning. My biggest problems were with the E-sign documents, Once I signed on, it would not allow me to update or review my material. I finally, got a tech support person to fix that, but I have PTSD from the Service and minor problems cause me to get very nervous. Liem has a communication problem

I would like copies of all my closing documents, or anything else with my signature. I asked you if I could get $30,000 at closing, that amount was agreed to, but I only received $28,000. Also, I was promised a lower payment of $1300. The old loan was $1611 but now my payment is $1758.08. While discussing the monthly payment, I stated that I pay my own taxes, HOA fees and insurance. Talking to one Loan processor instead of information getting twisted between 2 different ones. I didn't even feel as though they were knowledgeable or listening which is why the process was held up. upon closing we found out how things weren't as we agreed upon or explained. but by this time rates have went up if we canceled so I guess Penny Mac won that game. I read the horrible reviews online and wish I would have listened, now I'm going to add mine to the list.
