As a Real Estate Broker I have an expectation of just how the loan process should and should not go. This is my second refinance with PennyMAC and, as the first time, it has exceeded my expectations for a smooth closing.
It was the MAC team that failed to respond to my query when they sent me a documents for e-sign without a given code. I replied backed to ask for a pin code but no one replied very disappointed. It was Mr Liem Nguyen who i communicated with to provide me a pin code. He replied immediately if i need some information, very helpful. Very thankful to him.

I received numerous updates throughout the process of our refinance, whether it was to simply let me know where things stood in the process, or to let me know what was needed from my end. It was all clearly communicated and done in a timely fashion. I also had some specific questions towards closing that were answered clearly as well. Very positive experience!
