Everything was fine, except I had to reschedule the closing twice.

Easy process
Your options are too limited. It was somewhere between Just OK and Great, so to penalize you for a too restricted set of choices, I went with just OK. On the estimated closing statement, your payoff of my 2nd mortgage balance was off about 7,000 due to payments made over the 6 week process. At closing, no mention was made about not accepting a personal check for over 1,500 dollars, so the following week I had to go to bank to get a cashiers check.
PennyMac made the refinance process so easy. They clearly communicated what was needed and were very responsive to any questions we had. They were not pushy and were just overall great to work with.
