The people
The process was simple and seamless.
The first representative didn’t direct us or handle what we needed in anyway. However the gentleman that close our loan knew exactly what we needed to help us.
New rate was great; the process went smoothly; and everyone from start of process through Liem stayed in touch and provided updates along the way.
The appraisal was disappointing. It should have come back 6k higher.
Liem was great to work with, appreciate his efforts very much.
