Outstanding communication and commitment
I had to inform staff about my homestead exemption multiple times, & my signing date was delayed multiple times due to inaccurate paperwork once, & the notary cancelled on me another time.
The whole process was seamless and expeditiously.

Get my name right please, even after pointing it out a few times, all emails, including this one is addressed to my husband Ed. Not once was he personally involved with the process, except for signing. Calls were with me, Cynthia but all emails from you were addressed to Ed. Otherwise, it was a great experience. But very frustrating that you continued to address me as Ed in your emails. This alone is why I will probably not use PennyMac again.
First off, the reason you even called was because another mortgage agent contacted me and ran my credit. You called to offer me a better deal to keep my business and I appreciate that.
