The process was smooth and easy to complete. They worked until the found the solution that worked best for me financially. Closing happened in a timely manor and they sent had someone meet me at my house to sign all of the paperwork,
We worked with Liam and he was very professional the entire time. He communicated once every Friday after all the paperwork was turned in to give us an update as to where the loan was. The only downfall, and I don’t feel this was any of his fault, was that we got our closing rescheduled two times. It might be that we live very rural and remote and there are not a lot of people for that service. I did answer the survey honestly but like I said No fault of Liam‘s. He did a wonderful job!
Very easy refinance procedure.
I realize we're going through a pandemic and people are working from home, but it was a lengthy process. Liem was accessible and answered the questions he could. I appreciated his quick response. However, our first loan contact with William was great but getting him to respond was an issue.
Th process was fast, clear and helpful with information. Glad we went through this process.
Pretty easy refinance.
The fact that we had to reschedule our closing a bunch of times because the loan amount and closing costs kept changing and weren't in line with what was given to us on the closing disclosure was frustrating. Nobody seemed to know what the issue was and when we were told that someone would call us back the next day, we wouldn't hear anything for a few days. Just an annoying experience to say the least.
Keith and Liam were great. We had a couple snags but they worked with us to solve them quickly.
Liem was very helpful and kept me with PennyMac, the day of closing the notary showed up and said we had a closing cost over over two thousand even though the loan disclosure said we would get $340 back. I was very upset and very angry and not nice about it, but Liem was patient and professional and fixed the problem. I would recommend other people to PennyMac because of Liem, he was very good, courteous and seemed to care.
