Though I thought my parcel was lost, I ran into the postman today and he opened both parcel boxes and there was a package from you! I was pleased with the way the women I talked to at Life Assure treated my concerns. I was assisted by several of your agents , as well as Bri. My lock box is hanging on my door and the alert is charging. Thank you.

Malachi was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me the information I was looking for and more. She explained why I hadn’t received my new unit and gave me the opportunity to add the warranty.
