**** ** ******* ******* After I did a review as an unhappy customer with the two returned units * ******, I was contacted by the manager who was very gracious. Although the company policy had been followed in my initial transaction she refunded the two months premiums. I just want to amend my previous review and thank her for doing this for me. This has renewed my faith in the company and should I need a unit in the future I will consider Life Assure as a result.

All of the customer service representatives particularly Laura were knowledgeable and helped make the best recommendations for my father's personal situation. The device arrived promptly and no set was required. It's working great and I know the answer to my questions are only a call away.
All I can say is that I’m very happy with this product. It works and is simple. The Fall Detection works very well.
