I’m new to the Life Assure community. In my first day of utilizing my fall detection device I experienced a false fall alert simply by bending over to pickup my hair brush from the floor. In getting up the unit hit my chest. Needless to say this startled me and a little embarrassed when the call centre contacted me to ensure I was ok.
