Life Assure has come through many times when my mother has fallen and needed help. The communication through the pendant is excellent, although its sensitivity can be aggravating when she has not fallen and a voice keeps asking her if she is okay. It is very reassuring to know an ambulance will be dispatched if the monitoring station attendant cannot get a response through the pendant or telephone. This has happened on at least three occasions and I am very grateful someone was able to get to her when I could not.
Very understanding she straighten my problem for me.it was a pleasure to call for help. I feel safe . Thank you.
