Am having difficulty with my arthritic fingers getting the device attached to the clip to wear on my belt as with the cellular fall defection I find the device heavy to wear around my neck. These devices are for Seniors and many of us have a few medical issues.. Just wondering if you have any other options to suggest??? Am very happy with the response time, have dropped device accidentally a couple times and trying to get clip attached set it off, response was terrific. For the service provided itself- I was satisfied with the service, the speed of response through the operator when the button was initiated and their communication with the family when a fall occurred. The issue came with the company after cancellation of the service, where a cheque was to be sent to myself for the return of the remainder of the pre-paid amount. I have contacted the company 6 times in 6 months and each time I am told a cheque has been mailed out, and I have yet to get my money back. Service was good, but nob... read more

Called once to inquire about about one of their products. Told them I was not interested after the hard sell pitch from their agent. Now the company is calling me all the time to try and sell their product. They use different phone numbers to disguise the company name. **** ** * ******* ******* ******** ******** ** ********
