They have a great sales staff but lacked attention to detail and execution.
They are not to be trusted. They do not keep their word, finish on time, and they have finished the job in over a month.
The guy they sent to install my windows did not have the correct tools to complete the job. In addition, he needed my help to unload heavy tools from the top of his van. After this totally unacceptable experience with the installer, I also noticed that one of the windows was damaged and needed a sash...
It was a very frustrating process. There were a lot of things that could have been done differently; however, the subcontractors were wonderful and the owner did talk to me about everything. We are waiting on the resolution still and it is disheartening that we are still waiting after this long.
Their service sucks.
Lifetime Windows & Siding is a company that makes a lot of promises that they do not deliver on. The people are friendly, but one does not know what the others are doing. They do not get back to you on a timely basis. The quality of work is poor at best. Good luck getting any type of resolution once the bill is fully paid.
The base of the window frame in the living room is loose and won't stay down on the frame at the bottom of the window. I called left a message no one called me back.. Then I called and called and all I got was a busy signal. I would like to have my window fixed and then I will retake your survey. Thank you Roberta Rumley
The quality of work was good, but the job relationship with the supervisors and people that you have to deal with sucks. The communication stinks.
