I was satisfied with the good value for my money that I received.
The entire process was fast and easy. It's like I had a brand new house with little effort. The workers were respectful and swift and explained what I needed to know about the windows and siding.
The windows themselves are so great, and it has made such a difference since it's been so hot.
We purchased an older house, and it had the original windows from the 1950's , it was almost impossible to open a windows. It's just so nice to be able to open and close the windows, and to have the quick locks. They're just very nice.
As far as their poor communication and just no follow up with the product. As far as return calls in a timely manner and still battling screens that were not correct and one broken windows sill. Communication and timing is horrible.
I expected more for my money.
The installation manager who explained the process to me and demonstrated excellent leadership as reflected by the crew who showed a passion for their work.
We were most satisfied with the quality of the product and the professionalism of the staff.
Our salesman, Greg, was great. He didn't pressure us, just let us consider all the facts and make up our mind in our own time. We appreciated that.
