If you use them, get every single detail in writing. They did not follow up on the offers that the sales representative made.
I would NOT write a bad review, but they sent me an email and asked me to write a review. I'll do it then. 4 basement windows, and a front door glass replacement, took almost 1 year to finish the job. Why? I see different installers every time even I requested the same installer that started the job...
Hindsight being twenty-twenty, I would have chosen a different company and product for my window replacement project. I thought by obtaining three separate bids I would have enough information to make an informed choice, sadly not true. Please do comprehensive research, learn as much as you can before...
Horrible company to work with. They didn't install the windows properly and I sent an email to the president of the company and he never responded.
I would not recommend Lifetime Windows and Siding.......their installation team did a horrible job in installing 3 windows incorrectly and it took all summer to fix the problems.......even my painters asked - "who did this horrible job"Find another vendor for windows
It took close to 5 months and 7 trips to install/complete the installation of slider.; and we are waiting for the final issue to be completed. Both the old door & new door were standard size; attention to detail would have made the difference. I will say that everyone was pleasant to deal with.
They were disorganized and they didn't follow through with their promises.
I was promised complete installation at four weeks and that the window casings would be sanded and stained with the installation of the Everwood windows. None of those promises was kept. Good windows, bad company.
They tried to take advantage of me and I know they tried to take adantage on my mom as well. She is reaching out also. My contractor says they did the same thing to the last three houses as well.
