Very helpful. Very good customer service. Jennifer was such an amazing help and helped me find the perfect storage unit. The overall location is very clean and easily accessible. Facilities look very safe
My family and I needed a last minute storage unit for a full house remodel we are doing. The great thing about lighthouse self storage are the employees here. Dan and Luci are really helpful! Checked out the unit, looks very secure and climate control for basement units with easy access. The hallways are very clean and elevator is large for big furniture. Good security features.
Lucy and Danny have excellent customer service, they were both very professional and informative.
Jennifer was really helpful. I came in letting her know exactly what I was looking for and her and her associate was really helpful and was able to get me what i was requesting. Thank you ladies for an easy process.
Amazing customer service! Secure, nice and well kept storage units. Highly recommend.
Danny is the manager here and very helpful. Give him a raise! I really like the gate hours here as well.
Great customer service, clean facility, and easy to access - just off of Beach Boulevard.
We had such a great experience with Luci! She was super friendly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She answered all of our questions, gave us a thorough walk through and made us feel comfortable and confident that our things would be safe. Great staff, security and pricing!
