My dad has had a unit here for a while and we've had a good experience since day one. Betty is always so friendly and welcoming. We have never had a problem and will definitely continue to keep a unit here.
This facility is spot on with its friendly staff and convenient location. The staff worked with my budget and needs and I've never had an issue
Office closed on Saturday, not as advertised. They told us to come Saturday to finish up and we rented a U-Haul and already loaded up. When we arrived there were 7 people outside and no it wasn't lunch hour.
not good customer service , been calling since the beginning the week and leaving messages no answers ! Trying to make a payment and the website is down , not sure, but though be easy if I do over the phone ! so today Saturday finally get someone on the phone name ( Nicole ) seems doing her own thing and I was bother her ! answer the phone very rude ! Does anyone know how to contact corporate. I DO NOT want to speak to Tim. I need assistance so that police and attorneys don't have to be present for the attempt to retrieve my personal items.
I was a long time customer who is also a military veteran and person of color. They price gouged me after I asked for a smaller unit or a discount. I didn't get a discount and instead in the next few days they sent me a notice of a price increase. Avoid this place and take your business to any of the 10 self storage in the area. They are not only more fair in price but they actually fo care about their customers and treat them with respect and with ethics.

Ann is amazing she went above and beyond to make her customers happy. Clean in door storage units temperature controlled been a customer since 2016 and for the forseable future So heres an update... 4 years later and 14 thousand dollars i paid for this storage all the good reviews about Betty well Betty is moved and gone long ago she did assure me that my custom made table would be safely secured in their "company storage" unit because of its length it didn't fit in the unit. The storage is clean, The Cart use for transfer things, for customers are lock up. Storage open until 9 pm, office closed at 6 pm. Only 1 cart for use. Every customers are taking physical Abuse, emotional stress. Basement & first floor have cool air for summertime. You will have to pay more money to earn that. Second floor is stuffy, smelling, human, hot as same temperature outside like 90* to 100* degrees.
