Awesome staff! Very helpful and informative. We had a different storage unit elsewhere that was dirty and raised the rate without telling us. This place is very clean!
Truly superb staff and coordinators. I've been sick for a while and getting better. Lucy and Dan were quite patient, really took the time to explain things without doing a "sell the product" speech. They didn't need to. The storage facility speaks for itself. Dan does his vigilant rounds at least 3x a day to ensure no strange happenings. !!I am so glad I found this facility! Danny the manager is so friendly and helpful and so very professional! This facility sets the bar very high. I'm happy to be able to store my stuff here and feel safe. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if they've had bad experiences with other storage facilities, look no further. Lighthouse is the place I would recommend to everyone.
Great service and Danny the manager is amazing. He was very formative and helpful. He explained in details and show me the unit to make sure I felt comfortable with the space. Excellent service.
Super smooth move-in with Danny. Very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Clean and well-managed facility!
