I have been a loyal customer for the past 14 years; basically I'm one of their first customers. Every year they raise the rates. I'm now paying double what I was paying when I first started renting there. On today's visit one of the gates aren't working. The place is clean and I've never had an issue with break-ins. Please get your entrance gate fixed.

Currently, we have a new part order for the gate and our turn around time for repair is within 1-2 weeks. Business hours say they open at 9:00am. I'm here right now and there's a storage associate inside the office who was unwilling to open the doors for me and said they open at 9:30, which is not true since the hours are stated on their door that they open at 9 everyday.
