I Purchased 3200 worth of Service in October 2019. Body tighting 1400 10 sections and 1800 facial laser removal. I had about 4 to 5 sections on body, there body machine was not working 2 of them times. 1 treatment on face. The end of Oct. I called for a appointment (this down town Naperville office). I spent $2,000 on sculpture treatment and 10 Venus Versa treatments for the same area. About 1/2 way through the treatments, I expressed that I wasn't seeing any change at all. They said that I needed to finish the treatments in order to see results. The before and after pictures were exactly the same and one employee of the business even said that it looked worse. I was told that they would submit the claim for a refund and that it would take 30-90 days to process. 30-90 days to issue a refund, Really?? I waited over 90 day... read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased almost 3000 dollars worth of services in June of 2018, botox being part of that purchase. I had a severe life threatening reaction to the botox due to the person giving me the injections, or just bad product period. Side effects were never discussed, nor sent in contracts or any documents. I was continuously and severely sick for more than 8 months and still am very sensitive to caffeine, have issues with severe anxiety among other things. Do not use this company it’s a totals sram , I lost over &9,000 with them and have law suit with them that’s been going on seen April 2019 please pass the word they are ripping people off , they need to be closed down

Went to light RX face and body real bad customer service have bruises all over my Arm ?? I would never go to them again on the BBB website better business bureau and the rating of the business is a F I would never recommend no one to go to this facility

I have been waiting for an appointment since December 2018. Every appointment I have made has been canceled by light RX and when I demanded a refund I was told by Pam I would receive one it has been two months. She’s not call back in a timely manner and she keeps telling me that She’s waiting for something from the corporate office.
