Paid thousands of dollars for laser hair removal that didn’t even work. Still had treatments left and had just purchased a new one for another area. They shut down. Company never even contacted me letting me know. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times with no help from them at all. I just want my money back. It’s a complete joke of a business the way they are ran and handle their customers.

I went in to get the Venus cellulite reduction. Well 8 visits later and spending close to 2 hours there each time this procedure did not work!!!! They told me after the fact that it was my fault for not coming every week. I was never told I had to come every week or I would have scheduled it that way. Then they offered 4 more free visits because I was not happy with the results. Actually no results! Been trying to get a refund for half of a package that I packaged. The pair procedure didn't work plus I ended up with large fat nodules that haven't gone away for 9 months. I filled for a refund 7 months ago and still nothing. When I email I get no response and when I call it his to voicemail and no one returns my calls. So today I called from someone else's phone and they answered. So what I've been told now is that they filed for bankruptcy.

Light Rx has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy which means they will not pay me what is owed to me. I signed up for laser hair removal in Brighton. They closed and moved my account to Novi. After they cancelled 2 appointments the day of my appointment, I asked to be refunded the remainder of my contract. I shouldn’t have to drive to Novi when I purchased at the Brighton location. I went to get my stomach tightened. They didn't take a before picture till my 3rd visit. The hot cold treatment was a nightmare. They didn't take a after picture. It didn't work. I cancelled my last 2 visits it was a waste of time and money.

The staff is kind and professional but the Venus Legacy treatments were not worth the 2 hour drive to the location. I had botched ScluptSure done at the Franklin facility before it was closed and ,instead of refunding my money, Light RX comped Legacy at this facility. After 15 Legacy treatments, this company still cannot give me what I was sold in the first location. I came in unhappy with my body and nearly 4k and a year , I’m still unhappy. I paid $1,797 for a body contouring package last November (2018). I only had few treatments when they started cancelling my appointments. They had all kind of reasons why they were not open: family emergency, not having heat in the office, weather issues, etc. They closed the location in KC. The company owes a lot of money for rent. Just like everybody else, they don't contact me for my refund. I have filled a complain already but couldn't be resolved.
