Modern hotel in good location, but noisy and smokey Stayed in the Pilar Room which is on the side street and lower level of the building. Room had a very strong smell of smoked food (meat?) coming from the restaurant. Lots of noise from the bar upstairs at night until very late. No actual front desk. Everything is done remotely through messaging. Property is modern, clean, well decorated and in a good location. Room has a cute record player.

It is certainly not our intention. Yes, we do not have the common front desk however our team can be found on property throughout the day and is always available by calling or texting.
