The place is clean but made an 8 am appointment for a routines scheduled maintenance and it took over an hour, that with an appointment. When I asked about the time to finish I was told another 10 minutes to get the airport pressure right in the SPARE tire. Really? Then asked a manager why I was given a BS answer, he just said it’s almost done. Wow, customer service here has gone down the tubes. This concludes my ever doing business with Limbaugh Toyota again. We took our 2016 Camry here for them to figure out why the car just stopped running. They stated they did test and all. They tell my husband we need a motor and it would cost $5,000 plus is all they would tell my husband. I did not believe this was true. We got the car back after paying them $150 to do "all these test". With this being our only transportation we had to Sell the car as it sat not running and not knowing what the real issue was.
