My husband and I visited this dealership last Saturday to test drive and potentially purchase a specific vehicle. After speaking with Fred Moore and test driving the vehicle we told him we were also interested possibly trading our current vehicle for the new one. He left and came back with and offer. It was half the value of our vehicle. I told him for that price we weren't interested and would be leaving. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me and call me a name. They lie an watse your time and we drove over there because they said they could beat any price that was a lie went back to my home town and got the same exact Toyota Camry se for over 12 hundred less
I've been sitting in the service area for over an hour and a half just for an oil change and tire rotation. This makes no since. This is the last time my vehicle come back to Limbaugh Toyota.
Such a shame that each dealership is not the same,I've gone to another dealership to be shown things that should have been caught by your service department. Things are supposed to be the same across the board and they are not.
Just left Limbaugh. We came interested in buying a new Avalon. The salesman Austin Was NOT interested in selling us a car. He said had two on his lot when we walked out thete was only one. A maroon one that we did not like the color. When we asked where the other one was he said he didn't know. He would have to ask his manager. This became the standard answer.
