My company car has been there for almost 2 weeks. Seems as if no one communicates with anyone about what is going on there. Was called by Mike on Monday to tell me car may be ready that same day or Tuesday and it is Friday. I have tried to call and talk to someone about this and it seems since Mike was off, no one can tell me what is going on. They cannot even tell me if it has been repaired or not! This place just scammed us on a truck that had something break within 24 hours of our purchase and they wouldn’t stand behind it… We have been leasing and buying from them for almost 8 years and then they treat us like this. Highly disappointed with the way this company has turned out to be and I’m noticing a trend with people getting scammed on cars from them recently. I wouldn’t trust them at all!!! Buy anywhere else.
I went to Limbaugh Toyota yesterday for an oil change. I work in Bessemer so I dropped my car off on my lunch at 12pm and the appointment I made wasn’t until 2pm so it would’ve been after 5pm when I was able to pick my car up. I wasn’t allowed to pay beforehand. I had the run around when I finally got there to pick my car up and pay. I had to go from one counter, to another then back to the first. Made no sense. This was my second time bringing my car to the service department. I brought my car into the service department last Friday, June 14, 2019. I was instructed by Mr. Brandon that I only need a tire rotation. I brought my car in today at 1240 pm to Mr. Anthony Timpa. I informed him that I only needed a tire rotation. Do not buy a vehicle from this crook of a company. Bought a brand new 2016 camry and the air conditioning went out in 2 years. they claim something hit the compressor and broke it but with no physical damage anywhere on the car or AC. and want $1000 to fix it. These are crap cars from a crap company save your money and buy American. Not to mention the battery that died in the first year because of a defect eating up the terminal.
