Manager Mike is rude!!! Never will do business there again!! Won’t pay my son for his vehicle they “bought” from him over two weeks ago, but have it on the lot to sell. They don’t have the title. 😡

The service dept personnel has no soul, conscience, or moral compass. I wouldn’t trust any of them to sit with my 119 yr old grandmother, and she’s in an Urn.

I do not recommend Limbaugh Toyota because they keep harassing you after you buy a car from them,They call and call and call, and I keep asking them to stop calling me, and there is a Salesman Named Domonik Hawkins, I did not buy my car from him, but he keeps emailing me over and over and over, I’ve asked him to stop emailing me and he emails me right back, I ask him again to stop emailing me and he emails me right back, it’s pissed me off to no end, that I keep telling him to stop emailing me and he replies right back, I’ve... read more

I went in to test drive a car I ask for my credit not be ran 2 days later I got a notice from my credit a monitoring bureau that my credit was run with all 3 bureaus I called to talk to the guy and he said O did you sign something saying we could run your credit not that I was aware of if you wanted do janki underhanded things to try to get business you lose it and that's what you did

When getting to the service department at 9 am and sitting there til after 1 pm, just for an oil change. I was told there was a wait and was fine until a man that came in after me and even said he did NOT have an appointment either, was out of there before me. When I asked why that happened their response was that they did not know how that maybe that man was mistaken about not having an appointment.

Service department needs help! This week is strike three and it takes a lot for me to not extend grace because for the most part people work hard! Strike one-had car less than 4 mos it was used but less than 25000 miles the LED screen goes black... no one can tell me why but out of warranty 🙃strike two- go to get oil change have video of undercarriage in which they tell me brakes are in good shape .....go back 5000 miles for tire rotation and now brakes are needing replaced oops must have told you wrong last time☹️thankfull... read more

Had a bad experience. First of all we went in to buy a new car and our credit score wasn't as good as we hoped after talking with them we decided on a plan they had that if you get one of their cheaper cars and keep it for a year that will put us in a brand new car as long as we make our payments on time every time so we get Kia not what we wanted and kept it for the whole year then when the whole year came about went back up there to make them good on their promise they said that they had no clue what we were talking about ... read more
