RecommendedWorst customer service and continously lies from support/adjusters regarding appointment date. I would definitely not recommend this place.
I brought my vehicle here after I was hit in an accident and the other driver left the scene. They did a standard job and the body of my car was fixed. The only issue was my windshield cracked as a result of this accident. I asked the adjuster to please have this fixed as this is dangerous to drive with. I was told no, they couldn’t attribute it to the accident. But, the crack was not there before the accident. It was a direct result of the collision. This place is horrible,, they have a lack of care & honesty for their customers. After my car was in an accident in March, I called the Lexus dealer to inquire where I should take it for repairs. They recommended me to take it to the Lindsay collision. So, I brought my 2017 Lexus NX 200t to the Lindsay body shop in Springfield. I met with my adjuster Marvin Smith and he seemed like an honest person in the beginning, but, once my cars repairs were made,, Well… things went all the way left! I will never recommend this places terrible job on my Acura MDX missing part the manager he will never try to help you ….stay away don’t waste you value time …worst as a costomer services they never when on time

Work was inadequate, and it was absolutely unacceptable, the way I was treated just for asking questions. I picked my car up today after having some Geico work done from a side-swipe while parked. While they did a great job on the doors (where the real damage was) I took a step back and noticed my bottom trim piece was still broken! It was in the same general area of the collision damage, so it’s a no-brainer this was part of the accident and needed to be fixed. Recommendedshowed up this morning, people are so nice, i brought in touch up paint and clearcoat, was going to pay, manager said no worries, no charge :), took car back now and doing touch up on a few dings on doors
