The experience with Enterprise (inside the Lindsay Collision Center) was HORRIBLE! I have NEVER been so rudely spoken to by a service company. Enterprise's staff is usually very friendly and helpful. I have used Enterprise numerous times in the past and 3x at this specific location. This Enterprise location is located INSIDE of Lindsay Collision off of Industrial Road. I wish I could give the Wheaton center zero stars. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and was told it would be done the next day. I called on Wednesday to get a status check and was told I would receive a call back. I did not. I went to the center on Thursday and was told they couldn't find the part. My rep said the mechanics were idiots and he hated Lindsay Ford. He said it would be done either that day or the next. Hacen buen trabajo pero se tardan mucho en entregar tu carro ..el estimado fue 3 dias y me lo entregaron 5 dias despues de la fecha ... le pusieron mal el nombre que tenia y me lo entregaron con un tornillo en la llanta � asi que ese inconveniente me costo dejarlo un dia extra
No customer service , no communication . Never return again
Went in for an estimate on my car was hit on the side of the road. Not good customer service the man the did the estimate was rude didn't say anything to me went out took 1 picture and just said an estimate. This is the one in manassas va. I must say that I will never be going back to them.

This place is the WORST on keeping their appointments ON TIME!! My appointment was 45 Late!! Pick another place for an estimate.
