I called ahead and asked if I could come pick up my car, and the agent I spoke with said I could come pick it up anytime that day. I live an hour away. So I got a ride to the center only to be told there's at least an hour of work they still need to do to it before I can take it home. I was told it was ready to go.

I was rear-ended in October 2015. I took my car to Lindsay on a recommendation. Although I had a newer vehicle and wanted my rear bumper replaced, they insisted on merely painting it. It is now June 2016, I just got my car back! I would hate to see how long it took if it was major damage other than painting a bumper! They also don't return phone calls. You can leave message after message, and they will never call you back.

Horrible communication, minor fender bender that should have been fixed in few days is still not resolved after having the car at Lindsay since March 29 evening. They covered the scratches on the side with the wrong color, but since they told us this more than a week ago, other information. And when we call the holding time is 20 minutes or more. Absolutely unhappy with this experience
Took Vehicle here and will never come back. These people just want to save the insurance companies money. My vehicle was damaged across the entire passenger side. They painted half the car and didn't detail the other side. They said over time it will look all the same color . The bottom panel under the door was about to fall off. I am not pleased to compose this review regarding my experience at Lindsay, however, it must be shared. I am a returning patron of Lindsay. Unfortunately, I haven't had the best of luck as it pertains to my current vehicle and had been in two accidents within a 6 month time span. I took my vehicle in for repairs the first time in December of 2016, only to have gotten word that my vehicle wouldn't be ready by the original promise date.
