Very thorough exam and professional staff. Only issue I had was my appointment was scheduled for 9:15 am, I arrived at 9:17 am, and was not taken back to initial exam room until 10:15 am
Dr Hyatt knew my records and explained everything in a professional yet caring attitude
Excellent and professional personnel. Very glad to finish the annual check up with no changes to be made in my glasses.Next appointment is a full year away and hopefully I will still be ready to see with these glasses 20/20.

I was seen in time with very little wait. Every staff member I was in contact with was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcomed.

I felt cared for and heard during the time my eyes were being tested during my cataract surgery follow-up visit. Everyone was thorough and very pleasant.

The pre-op appointment went very well. Cassandra explained the procedure and my options. She sent a prescription to CVS. The price of the prescription was high. I phoned her and she found another prescription that. Was much more reasonable.
