I think from the start of the procedure to the end every body did a great.Ramona was very patient with me especially when it came to the eye exam which I appreciated.

Medical team was Friendly. Waiting room was well spaced for safety. Medical prep rooms included knowledgeable team well prepared to keep the processes flowing quickly. They explained what lay ahead well, no surprises. I was listening to my nurse explain the surgery, I blinked, opened my eyes as she said, “ glad to be going home now? I gave your husband the instructions to follow at home. You can go to breakfast, rest your before you go to Dr’s office to be checked.” I said, I haven’t had my surgery procedure. The hour+ wait was too long, but once I got in, things went very smoothly and efficiently. Although I miss Dr. Shaw, my new doctor was great.
