We worked with Ricardo. He was great! We loved the whole team’s attitude and generally helpful demeanor. My husband and I visited several other dealerships in the area. We were met with pushy and sometimes rude sales people. This team was interested in us finding the right car for us and our growing family. They were more like a family with each other too! We would recommend them to our close friends and will come back in the future!

Took my wifes Pathfinder in due to a malfunctioning display. A new head was ordered for it and while we waited for the part to we were given a loaner to use until the part came came in rather than having to rent a vehicle. Awesome job to Lithia Nissan for taking care of their customers.
James and Ryan were very helpful and friendly. Dennis was real good at explaining the possible extra warranties. James was very nice in showing me the many buttons and what they did.

It was the fastest buying experience I ever had, the staff was very informative and nice. They showed me all the trucks that were in my budget. They explained everything from the beginning until the final signature. Would definitely go there again for my future car/truck shopping.
This is the fourth car I've leased from the dealership, three from the same salesman. The last two I have either e-mailed or called the salesman and told him what I wanted. Within a day or two I had a response to come pick up my car. I am very happy that we can work this way and save time for both of us. Everyone on staff are considerate, friendly and helpful - that's why I drive 50 miles to this dealership.
We worked with Joe and he was very good at explaing everything about the car. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to our question, he found them. Very happy with experience. Third car from this dealership, that says a lot.
