Special thank you to the technicians and assistants who work in the back, I know we don't get to speak to you much, but I also know you can handle anything, and I always feel relaxed knowing they're so competent. Our "kids" might be a handful, but every person the Irish twins come into contact with is consistently kind and calm.
BIG thank you to Dr. Wojcik, the Tech's and staff who took such wonderful care of Chamois while she was there this week for ACL surgery. She's doing well and we have you all to thank for that!! Much appreciated!
sDr. P. and staff are amazing!!!!!! 19 weeks of doggie chemo is hard on everyone but they made the experience easier to deal with. The entire office was very helpful & friendly and Dr. P. took his time with us every week!!!!!!!! Very Very professional and compassionate.!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just recently moved to the Syracuse area. My boyfriend suggested this place, as he used to bring his dog here to see Dr. Wojcik. After an unsatisfactory visit to another area vet, I decided to schedule an appointment for my dog with Dr. Wojcik. My pets have been coming here sense it was Dr. Shritleff near the liverpool lumber yard.. I can't say enough!! My pers have seen every Dr. and all if them are wonderful!!
The care and compassion I receive towards my senior furry kids cannot be measured. Dr. Pinneo is just amazing with them... even my cranky cocker spaniel likes him! To say this is a wonderful practice [techs, staff, drs] is an understatement. Thank you from a very grateful "mom."
RecommendedShout out to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital Their vets are very good in knowledgeable. I really appreciate calling and waiting 6 minutes and 38 seconds for them just to hang up on me so I have to call back and wait on hold again for 4 more minutes mind you just to get my cat's medication. I appreciate even more people showing up after me in getting served before me for said medication.
