Terrible ! You people should be ashamed of yourselves
I brought my dog in for ingesting and then throwing up a screw. He threw up blood and they did an x ray and fluids and sent me on my way. Never offered to check for internal bleeding or a tear or cut inside him. He continued to vomit brown fluid for FOUR DAYS. Each day I brought him back and they gave him fluids and anti nausea meds. The 4th trip back they FINALLY did an ultrasound only to find now that he was SEPTIC. I had no other choice but to put him to sleep. They killed my dog!!!! Unnecessarily shaved a strip of fur off my cat's neck. Never happened on her other visits for bloodwork. We had to take her in with the new covid restrictions, but I'm uncomfortable with them now that they did that without our consent, especially seeing as they've never had to shave her fur for other bloodwork/procedures done there.
I'm completely disappointed. I've called 3 times today to get my dog seen, she can't walk on her back leg. I called at 9am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm....still haven't received a call back. This is my CHILD. Do not recommend. I deserved a call back at the very least.

We have been taking our dogs here forever. I used to love the place. Recently I had to put my dog down. When he got sick I would rush him there. He never saw his regular vet and different staff every time I think they high turnover rate for staff. I used to love the staff there. Now I find them to be insensitive to the needs of a dog owner. My dog was put down and all you want is for me to pay the bill. I made two payments on the bill and today they wanted know when I will pay it off. Liverpool Village Animal Hospital's Staff and Doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My four dogs love going there. They make it a very happy experience for them and for me!!
