Love the Vet’s and the staff and how our fur kids are treated. The Dr’s our fur kids have seen are very attentive and super friendly. The Staff are super friendly as well and very helpful. I would definitely refer my friends and their fur kids to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital! Thank you Liverpool Village Animal Hospital for taking good care of our fur kids!
My husband and I have been going to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital since 1984. We take the thruway to get there! As long as we are in driving distance, we will only go here!
Stupid expensive. Just to walk in was 50 bucks. 17.50 for her nails to get clipped, and they did not ask me. Never again.
Business response:
Hi Doni, I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with the charges. It is not our intention to perform services without your consent. Please give the office a call at 315-451-5455 and we can discuss crediting you back for the nail trim. We look forward to speaking with you and earning back your business.
I brought my dog in to be fixed. Two surgeries later and he still isn't right. He was a healthy Active and happy dog. Now he can't even walk across the room.
Our 1st experience @ LVAH was unfortunately for the worst possible news regarding our baby, Pumpkin. We never would've made it through that difficult time without the caring support and patient information from Dr. Pinneo and the staff.
In my 37 years living in Syracuse, I have had several cats (and dogs) which have been cared for by several Veterinarians. Some were below par and one was downright criminal (they are now gone). The Liverpool Village Animal Hospital tops the charts in all categories of Animal care as far as I am concerned. While I travel past 4 or 5 vets to get to Liverpool, I would never willingly take my cat (Nimrod) anywhere else. If there were ten stars, I would gladly give the LVAH ten stars!
How can you have vets who claim to care for animals, but one raises cows for beef and another a dairy farm?I'd be okay of you ate animals and didn't know, but to Raise a beef cattle.. watch earthlings and then you will have more compassion for ALL animals and not just dogs and cats. It's amazing how you can love one and eat the other and care for your dog's and cats yet these animals scream in pain as they are being killed to eat, yet you help sick and hurt dogs and cats???????
About a month and a half ago, I got a dog that we knew very little about so we brought her in to be checked out. We were concerned if she had been spayed or not as he had fairly large nipples and didn't know if she had already had a litter, was in heat now. Vet checked her out and thought it was due to previously going through a heat cycle. Vet could not tell for sure if she was fixed or not. When I brought her back a few weeks later for her booster shots the vet noted that she had gained nearly 10lbs and told me to cut back... read more
