Our water heater broke down on Memorial Day. As is always the case with Lloyd’s, service was 5 star. Bill was very helpful to us over the phone, calling us back immediately, answering our questions patiently. We elected to have the water heater replaced the next day. They were able to work us in earlier than expected. Bill handled the project efficiently, professionally and with no fuss. We moved back into the area from being away for 14 years. We had a service call from Lloyd’s at our new home, and could not have been more pleased. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and ethical. A nice breath of fresh air these days. We will continue to use Lloyd’s in the future for sure!
