Our hot water heater sprung a leak. There was social distancing due to COVID19, but Lloyd’s came within 20 minutes of our call, gave us a quote, and got right to work. The service was efficient, the office staff and technicians were polite and professional. They also were very safe! It was very impressive and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
