I had a water leak emergency and contacted them at 5:20pm. Shain arrived at 6. He is very professional. Explained to me the charges upfront and were flexible with options to choose from. The job took about 3 hours. Shain is very skilled and easy to work with.

Everything went well as usual thank you. Shane did say the likely cause of the slow drain was some hair just under the tub stopper. Since it was probably unnecessary to snake the line I wish there was a way to add a charge for removing the hair and replacing the stopper. Seems this time I might have been able to avoid an unnecessary charge of $150.00. I guess I'm not a big fan of the menu of services. We'll see you the next time.

The work was performed thoroughly, professionally and with special adherence to protective protocols considering the current public health lockdown.
