The first visit was to give us an proposal to replace a leaking water heater. The problems with the heater and some connections that were not up to code were noted and a search was started for a replacement water heater. The plumber was very thorough and explained the next steps. He will contact us when the replacement water heater is available at the distributor. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We look forward to having Lloyd's as our plumber.

Pete was very congenial and efficient; knew exactly what to do, and did it very well. No complaints at all (except for the cost of it all -- replacing a water heater was very expensive -- not Pete's fault, I'm sure.).
