Great spot for a chill night out! I came with a friend over the weekend, though we didn't need our reservation as the place wasn't too busy. As the weather was nice, we requested to sit outside on the patio. I ordered That Crispy Chicken Sandwich and fries, and let's just say it was true to its name. Came here for Brunch while out and about in SLU. The simple name that follows through with its namesake is what you get. The ambience and setting suits the area. Definitely a hangout for the younger crowd. Lots of large tables, so it's good for groups, counter seating and VIP style booths for 2-4 people. Seated right away on a Sunday afternoon. The service here is amazing. The ambience is top notch even down to the beer/music selection, which I liked all of the above. However, when it came to the food or at least one of the specialty drinks, I was not impressed, but I am going to give it another shot perhaps I just picked the wrong items. Don't expect fresh onion rings or fries and do not expect fresh fish in the fish tacos. Amazing food. the Wagyu Hot Dog was a one of a kind dish and DELICIOUS and filling. They have a non-alcoholic drink menu, which was nice, and a lovely vibe. We also got the Spicy Garlic Edemame which was amazing and the fries are hot and crunchy.

Amazing meal, we ate here twice! First day I had fish n chips and the second trip I had the Curry Bowl. I enjoyed the fish n chips better but the curry bowl was good too. Our friends had the burgers and loved them. Definitely a place to add to your Seattle list.

Come here frequently for lunch and after work drinks and the service, food, and drinks are always amazing-best in SLU! Shout out to Manny for being an amazing server and bringer of booze when ya need it.

Got the "That Crispy Chicken" sandwich and "LPE Greens with Blackened Chicken" salad. Both were surprising delicious! The sandwich was perfectly crispy chicken and the slaw on the bun was also delicious-- it made the sandwich not feel so heavy! Salad was interesting and the dressing was good. Overall, I would recommend LPE!

Love this place! I stay nearby for business travel and have been in a number of times.- The curry is great both the appetizer and the entree. I've also had a burger and salad and they were also good options. They carry a nice beer selection including a gluten free option! Big fan, I'll be back next visit.
