Updating review and not a fan of this place anymore. Went here with some friends and they didn't give us water for a really long time. Then one of us got up to get our own water and we heard the servers talking about us. One of them said "look she's getting her own water" and our server said "oh good for her" but didn't come to help?! Food was a bit overpriced for what you get. We had a burger and the fried chicken ramen. Easy items like fries were mediocre. Broth in ramen wasn't anything special. Slow service.

REFUSES REASONABLE DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION! cked me out tonight with very little of an explanation. Apparently one of the staffers had complained that I'd raised my voice after misplacing my phone, but nobody even told me I was doing that on the night of the alleged incident, and my ADHD and Asperger's Syndrome mean I can't just detect that without being told -- especially in such a stressful situation as when my phone is missing. I had been to this place before for a take-out order, but I'd hadn't eaten in before. Overall, this is a VERY nice sports bar if you expect the beer menu to be exactly that. Something befitting of a sports bar. I had hopes upon sitting at a very well laid out bar across from windows that can be lifted up during good weather, that despite its Bud Light and Ranier neo signs (YUCK!) they may have a FEW craft beers to offer. Literally saw the server TOUCH the burgers under the heat lamp to see if they were warm enough still... so many orders were sitting there for who knows how long. Had to send two orders back because they were so cold :))))) on the bright side they remade them. Waited another 15 mins

The food made me sad. The house burger came out overdone and the cheese wasn't melted at all. The fries were terribly over salted. The servers were wonderful and attentive. The manager was proactive and kind. Props to the front of the house. But yikes, the kitchen needs to get it together. Great beer selection too.

This place used to be cool. Used to be. Nowadays they charge $14 for a rail double (they pour Canadian servings here so that's only 2 oz of shitty booze fyi). The food has also gone downhill in quality but somehow increased in price. Went here with my fiancé and son recently and paid $150 for two adult entrees, a kids meal, and two beers so make sure to take out a personal loan before you head here if you're so inclined. Drinks are literally cheaper at the Four Seasons.

Very disappointed in this location. Placed a to go order. What was supposed to be a 10-15 minute wait salad turned into 45 minutes of me standing there. Finally after 45 minutes I had to flag down an employee to check on my order and she ended up pulling the order that had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. Which means no one decided to check to see who it belonged to, no one bothered to make sure it had been taken care of. None of the staff bothered to even check in with me.
