The restaurant is understaffed. Whether that is a company decision to save money or an inability to hire, I cannot say. We waited 15 minutes for to be greeted, we would have left, but not many choices on a Sunday within walking distance of our hotel. Once greeted, as for a cocktail and water. Never received the water. Came here with my husband and kids while in town to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but we were sat in between two full tables, while the other half the room was completely empty -- felt very crowded and uncomfortable. There were at least 6-8 servers working, but the service was not good. We were never given water or utensils. The food was okay, but not worth the price. Cocktail was basic and also overpriced. Pretty dissatisfied that I chose this place for my birthday.

Would not recommend unless you are going for the open space. Services are just horrendous, i always tip eating out and for this place i feel like being rob to tip. Take forever to get seated (more than 10 mins), and then forever to have the server comes to take the order (another 15 minutes), then we wait for another half hour for the food, and at the end, even for the check, we had to wait another 25 minutes for it. I don't know how you can screw up a burger but they did. It tasted super gamey and had a weird smell I've never associated with burgers. The onion rings were good though. I couldn't get past one single bite. It was enough to make me gag. Sorry but it just wasn't good. I had to throw it out. Also, Burger King has better fries than this place. $60 for a burger/onions rings/fries. Not worth it at all especially if you don't even end up eating it because it's gross.

Mediocre establishment with borderline service! They can't be bothered to mention that their Diablo burger comes slathered in disgusting mayonnaise! Didn't offer to fix or comp either.

Service was great nachos was horrible cheese barley no meat but specs it was dry and I should of asked for a refund I couldn't believed they served this to me I was so disappointed.

Updating review and not a fan of this place anymore. Went here with some friends and they didn't give us water for a really long time. Then one of us got up to get our own water and we heard the servers talking about us. One of them said "look she's getting her own water" and our server said "oh good for her" but didn't come to help?! She kept ignored us even though we made eye contact with her and other waiters who got her attention. Felt like she was doing it on purpose. Food was a bit overpriced for what you get. We had a burger and the fried chicken ramen. Easy items like fries were mediocre. Broth in ramen wasn't anything special. Slow service.
