Go to this Seattle restaurant if you DON'T want service. On a slow Friday afternoon, our family went to Local to have an early dinner. Instead we were treated with such disrespect. We waited 20 minutes for our server to acknowledge us (which she NEVER did), while at the table next to us she constantly waited hand and foot on a group of young men who were drinking. Very disappointing experience for me and my family. We were visiting seattle,coming from Los Angeles and this place was suggested to us. I had the deluxe burger and my wife the another burger, which I don't recall the name now. To summarize we get better taste out of 5$ from in&out including French fries rather than 23+$ over there. Tasteless and not cooked per request: filled with disappointment I had let the server know and she ended up not charging for my burger.

I ordered a blackened chicken salad from this restaurant on doordash and my salad arrived without any salad dressing, included ingredients not listed on the menu, and a METAL STAPLE I almost swallowed. I attempted to contact the restaurant directly and was unable to reach a live human after sitting on hold for over ten minutes. Honestly pretty upsetting after spending well over $20 on a very small salad with maybe 4 small pieces of chicken.

After emailing me asking for a copy of the receipt which I provided within an hour of receiving the email, I have been ghosted which further proves my point in the initial review. I sent a copy of my receipt on June 26th, over 20 days ago.

How can you be an EATERY, with hours that you operate, but then stop making food well before those hours? And why if I call, I'm told I'll be texted the KITCHEN hours, and the link goes to the same webpage that says the restaurant runs until midnight/1am? I feel like if you're going to claim to make food until a certain time, then you should do that.

Was super excited to try this place. Menu looks great and I came at a off time (3pm on a Sunday) so was thinking that would be a great time for a late lunch. Had even mentioned that my gf just got off a plane, was starving, and we headed straight there when chatting with the waiter. I hardly give negative reviews but this one I have to. Except for the fries and pickles, nothing was good about our food. Food is overpriced for its portion and tastes. And the service wasn't good either, no one came to refill our water, I feel like they are only interested in people who come here to drink. The table next to us had 9 people, and a waiter kept coming to ask them what they would like to order for the drinks. Bartenders don't use Gloves or Tongs when making your drinks they literally touch everything with their bare hands. Dude straight up touched everything in front of me and had the nerve to just grab the garnish and place it on the drink like nothing is wrong. Food was dry.

Couldn't even get a seat Waited for 5 mins to be seated. Waiter ignored us and no one else was at the front to greet us. No thank you !!!!!
